Welcome to 3D Solutions. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Photo Uploads & Copyright Restrictions Our 3D printed photo light boxes are entirely customised using the images you provide. By uploading a photo or image to our website, you explicitly agree to the following:

  • You Own the Rights: You guarantee that you are the lawful owner of the image, or that you have obtained explicit permission and full rights from the copyright owner to use and reproduce the image.

  • No Unauthorised Use: You agree not to upload any images that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party.

  • Zero Liability for 3D Pro Engineering Solutions: 3D Solutions and its operators are not liable for any copyright infringement, legal claims, or damages arising from the images you submit. You assume full legal responsibility for the content you upload for printing.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we suspect the uploaded image violates copyright laws, or if it contains explicit, offensive, or illegal content.

2. Product Variations Because each photo light box is individually 3D printed in our Peterborough workshop, minor variations in texture, layer lines, or light diffusion may occur. These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and do not constitute a defect.

3. Limitation of Liability 3D Pro Engineering Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to you for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

4. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
