Return & Refund Policy

At 3D Pro Eng, we take pride in crafting one-of-a-kind pieces. Because every 3D printed photo light box is entirely unique and customised with your personal photos, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges. To ensure the highest quality, every single photo light box is meticulously printed and rigorously tested in our Peterborough, Ontario workshop before it is carefully packaged and shipped to your door.

Damages and Defective Items

While we test everything thoroughly, we understand that things can occasionally go wrong in transit. We offer a 30-day return policy strictly for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. You have 30 days after receiving your delivery to request a return for these specific issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is a problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return (For Damaged or Defective Items)

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@3dproeng.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, alongside detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at contact@3dproeng.com.
